Financial & Administrative Director

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a results-driven and ethical financial & Administrative Director who  is expected to be a strategic thought-partner and a hands-on and participative leader responsible for the financial and administrative business management with outstanding people skills to manage  personnel and ensure that  human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance.

Key Tasks &RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepares monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and supplemental schedules
  • Manages all aspects of the annual audit
  • Creates and periodically updates a financial management plan and budget with short-term and long-term strategic and tactical goals
  • Works with the program managers to develop and monitor budgets and financial statements
  • Assists the Executive Director and Treasurer as custodian of the company‚Äôs funds and other assets
